Coach 6pack

CrossFit, Pound Fit, cycling... whatever the name or intensity.

This playlist is simply here to accompany movement.

It can follow a workout session, regardless of the pace or fitness level.

Sometimes it brings a little extra energy. Sometimes it simply serves as background music during the effort.

The idea isn’t to push harder or force anything.

It’s simply a way to accompany a moment when you're already in motion.

If it helps, great. If not, that’s perfectly okay too.

Dek hockey has become increasingly popular, especially in Quebec. It’s a fast-paced sport that requires plenty of movement, endurance, and energy.

Personally, I train mainly for dek hockey. Over the years, it has accompanied me through workouts at the gym, sessions on my stationary bike, and runs along the bike path.

As time went on, I also added a few tracks featuring Eddie Pinero and his project Your World Within.

I’ve always appreciated the way he blends music with storytelling. His spoken reflections bring a different kind of energy to certain moments in the playlist and fit naturally within the overall atmosphere.

Personally, I’ve always associated training with something that goes beyond the physical.

Of course, there are the visible benefits. But there’s also the discipline, consistency, confidence, and perseverance that develop along the way.

Eddie Pinero’s words often remind me of that side of training — the part that is built just as much in the mind as it is in the body.

In the end, this playlist simply reflects a portion of what I listen to when I’m moving, training, or trying to stay active.

If it happens to find a place in one of your workouts as well, that’s great.
