A Dubstep & Drum 'n' Bass Playlist!!

When it rains, the first thing I do is sync this playlist via Bluetooth as I hop into the car. There’s something hypnotic about the rain — the scent it spreads through the streets, the way it cloaks the city in a hush, and the sight of people scrambling for shelter. But above all, I love how it quiets my thoughts, how it briefly washes away the weight of life.

Rain isn’t bad weather to me. It’s a pause. A chance to breathe. A reminder that beauty often comes wrapped in grey.

I got into dubstep around 2011, toward the end of high school. It was loud, chaotic, and perfect. These days, my ears lean more toward drum ’n’ bass — smoother but still intense, with that same pulse that pairs effortlessly with the rhythm of falling rain.

This is the only playlist I turn to when the skies open up — updated since 2017, and built for every soul who sees rain not as gloom, but as music.
