During my CEGEP years, I was involved in theatre. I spent my days memorizing scripts, stepping onto the stage, and discovering what lies beneath a character. The more I learned, the more I realized that bringing a role to life requires observation, listening, and introspection. To truly understand a character, you have to understand their story, motivations, emotions, and even their silences. Nothing is left to chance. Looking back, I realize that's also what attracts me to rock, punk, and alternative music. Behind every song, there is often the same creative process. Artists take experiences, emotions, or ideas and transform them into something alive. A song is built piece by piece. A character is too. In both cases, the goal is to create something genuine from a simple idea. Punk rock, alternative rock, and a collection of songs that have stayed with me since those years.

Some tracks are energetic, others more melancholic, but they often share the same intensity.

On the road, in the car, during a busy day, or whenever you feel like adding a little more energy to the moment. On a personal note,

I've never had the chance to play in a band. But like many people, I've imagined what it would be like to stand on stage in front of a crowd.

This playlist is probably the closest I'll ever get to that feeling.
